Oregon Woman Wanted In Execution Murder

Twenty-six year old Kassandra Kitchens has been arrested after being wanted in connection with an execution-style murder. The murder took place in the fall of 2021. There are several charges being levied against her including second-degree murder and first-degree kidnapping. The Gresham woman is being sought based on charges stemming from the murder of 35-year-old Andrew Sherrell.

Police said that the man’s death was related to a “drug debt.” Police believe that Sherrell was lured over from his home in Bend “with the help of Kitchens” before he was ultimately murdered on September 24, 2021 on Northeast Portal Way.

Kitchens opened warrants for her arrest. She was reportedly evading capture by law police last week. Investigators asked for the public’s help in finding the woman.

All total, Kitchens is wanted for a host of crimes. She will be charged with Murder in the Second Degree, Kidnapping in the First Degree, Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping in the First Degree, Assault in the Third Degree, Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Assault in the Third Degree, and Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Unlawful Delivery of Oxycodone.

Sherrell was reportedly involved in selling illegal drugs in both central Oregon and the Portland metro area. Others arrested in connection with the case are as follows:

Andrew Bushnell, 36, of Eugene

Cesar Estrada-Nava, 31, of Portland

Christian Joshua Wobbe, 23, of Portland

D’Sean Maurice Baker, 43, of Portland
