(Trice Edney Wire)–I’ve tried to figure out why Trump hates Black women. When I look at the list, I think I know the answer. Without ever meeting us, it’s obvious his preferences are blondes who are limited in how they operate. Take for instance, he seems to get along well with women whose skin is white and that’s fine. Many are limited unless they’re reading from a script that someone prepared for them.
They generally stay out of sight until he summons them to perform some duty in an effort to try to make him look good. By now, he should have recognized, even women who think he’s something to hang around soon tire of him. He can only drag them out when it seems a few dollars are at stake. You can’t help but notice what his FLOTUS thinks of being around him. She‘s now rich, has a big title, pretty clothes, lots of opportunities, nice wide brim hats—you name it, but we have learned the hat has a special purpose and that it is not for keeping the sun away from her face. My God, I can’t help but feel sorry for her!
If somebody around me spent so much time trying to make me act like I was enjoying his presence, I think I’d rather stay in my room while pretending to be ill! He definitely doesn’t get her to come out with him often! He brings her along only times such as wanting to have company for the Chinese President’s wife so the wife doesn’t have to stand alone. Perhaps he doesn’t want his spouse to know what kind of money deals are to be made just in case they ever get a divorce. If I were the spouse, I would check the bank account on a regular basis just in case he showed too much interest in one of those young blondes he continues to try to keep close. Well, that’s not working out too well for him right through here. The last one he selected lasted less than one minute before she had a hard time distinguishing between Trump and her husband! After that, things began to really fall apart. I guess he made Katie a bit so nervous that she forgot to tell him she really wasn’t who she initially told him she was. That trip she made to China really messed her mind up. It made her think she had become an attorney—no bar necessary!
Now, I asked why Trump hates us at the beginning of this message —meaning Black women. I think it’s because he has had a strong dose of who Black women really are. I don’t blame him for being afraid of us to the point that he doesn’t want any of us around. He had a good dose of who we are when he ran into FEC Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System Lisa Cook, Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, New York Attorney General Letitia James, Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, Congresswoman Lamonica McIver and so many others of our sisters! I guess he’d be shaking in his boots if Fanni Lou Hamer, Sojourner Truth, Harriet Tubman, Rosa Parks, Ida B. Wells-Barnett, Dr. Frances Cress-Welsing, Callie House, Dr. Dorothy Irene Height –and a whole list of other Black women were still with us! What he doesn’t know is we learned from them and so many of us “ain’t” no ways tired or scared!
The Black women he fired are still around, and when the votes are counted in the coming election, there will be no way for him to steal as many votes as we Black women will work to have at the voting booths while adding to those who’ve already mailed in their ballots! Black women grew up learning the meaning of the words to “I’m So Glad Trouble Don’t Last Always!”
