See Police Detain Members Of Crowd At Emory University During Pro-Palestinian Protest

Video shows pro-Palestinian protesters forcefully arrested on the Emory University campus in Atlanta after an encampment was formed in the campus quad area. Emory University, in a statement from the communications chair, claims “these individuals are not members of our community. They are activists attempting to disrupt our university as our students finish classes and prepare for finals. Emory does not tolerate vandalism or other criminal activity on campus.” A CNN crew witnessed at least two professors detained by Atlanta police, including Emory University economics professor Caroline Fohlin and Noëlle McAfee, chair of the philosophy department.
