The Georgia Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal from Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis regarding her removal from the case prosecuting President Donald Trump and his alleged co-conspirators for their attempts to overturn the 2020 election. Consequently, the case will be referred to the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council in Georgia, which will determine whether a new prosecutor will be appointed.
