Portland Nazi-Supporter Arraigned On Bias Crime Charges

A West Linn man was arraigned on bias crime charges in connection with a NE Portland vandalism. The two charges included a bias crime stemming from an incident last month at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization center (IRCO) in northeast Portland.

Jarl Judson Rockhill was charged with bias crime and criminal mischief in the third degree. According to the DA’s office, Rockhill, who is 36 years old, was found to have online activity that was associated with multiple white supremacist groups. There was also photos of a tattoo on Rockhill’s forearm that the Anti-Defamation League identifies as a white supremacist symbol.

Evidence show a surveillance video of the suspect placing the sticker on a vehicle, according to the DA’s office. Portland’s Criminal Intelligence Unit identified Rockhill as a suspect in the case. A warrant for his arrest was issued.

Judson was apprehended and served with a search warrant to look in his home. The cops said that they found evidence linking him to a crime, and seized several guns “for safekeeping” as they were not specifically linked to the criminal investigation.

Weapons and other items found at the home of Jarl Judson Rockhill including neo-Nazi propaganda that was left outside of the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization in Portland, Oregon.

Rockhill was originally identified as a suspect in a vandalism incident on April 23 at the IRCO location on Northeast Glisan Street. The Portland Medium reported last month that someone put a neo-nazi propaganda sticker on their fence.
